In this article we will see how to create a form in Microsoft Access version 2007.
A form is nothing but a form created to facilitate data entry in a database. It has the advantage of being more intuitive and graphically nicer in a table. In addition, using a form for entering data into a database, also facilitated novice users, which are less familiar with the concept of tables and records, typical of a database.

Although in this article, please refer to the tools provided by MS Access 2007, we can ensure that the principles of creating a form are the same for earlier versions of Office datababse package.

First we have to open an existing database, starting MS Access database and selecting the desired location within the first screen that appears. Alternatively you can click the Office button, and after that click on Open.
In the dialog box that opens selezionimao the desired database and click on Open.

After opening the database, then select the Create tab, in the Forms group, click Blank Form:

Of course, we can choose to create a new form using the wizard.

By creating a new mask will notice that a new tab: the tab.
This tab contains all the tools needed to make or modify the structure of the mask.

It is divided into five groups:

  1. Visaulizzazioni
  2. Character
  3. Grid
  4. Controls
  5. Tools
To edit a blank form, or a mask created by a process driven, we must choose to view it in Design View.
To change the view mode you have to click the View icon (the icon of the Working Party was the only views), inside the tab.
In the drop-down menu that opens select the vocation Design View, as shown below:
Since we have created a blank form, we will find ourselves in front of the mask sheet divided into three sections:
  1. Heading
  2. Body
  3. Footer
