WordPress: Manage frequently asked questions FAQ Builder

FAQ Builder is an excellent way to manage the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on our web site created with CMS WordPress.

This add-on package for content management allows us, in a short time and through a convenient graphical interface to manage frequently asked questions on our website.

It can certainly be a useful feature for educational purposes or with a purpose purely to support any other activities we do: for example, if we deal with a portal of e-commerce, through a section devoted to frequently asked questions to make sure we can provide a list of answers to common questions about our activities.

Install FAQ Builder

To install the plugin for WordPress is the procedure to do the same. Must, within the admin panel of our website, get to the area for the installation of new add-ons through the add new links on the ad plug-in on the left sidebar.

In the search box and write FAQ Builder, as they are shown the results, click on install now at the plugins that we install. We follow the procedure and, at the end, activate the add.

Now the bottom left pane, find another dedicated to the settings of the plugin FAQBuilder. In this box there are two entries, FAQ Builder and Categories. Examine them in detail.

The FAQ Builder

This section of the setup pages of the add-in for WordPress allows us to manage existing applications and enter new ones. To do this we must rely on the boxes in the middle of the page.

To create a new question and give an answer, simply click on add new question.

Through a special form you will be prompted to insert our name, email address, any Internet reference site and our place of residence.

By removing the checkmark from the small box beside it "yes, my screen name and location as the submitter of this question (including a link to my site)" we will make sure not to show our name, place and the site Internet page where the question will be published.

We may also choose to assign the category to which the demand. To add new categories must follow the procedure specified in the next section of this guide.

In the text box labeled with the name of question we have to put our question. Its response will be written in the answer folder. We can insert tags in the field of labels, some keywords that will identify the faq.
