1. Template

2. Dimensions

3. Playback

   Sets the quality of the movie (there are several options ranging from Low to Best).
   Window Mode
   Defines the appearance of the window that hosts the video within the Web page (best practice is Transparent Windowless).
   HTML alignment
   Place the movie than the browser window.
   Scale
   Defines the possible distortion of the movie, the Default (Show All) displays the entire contents of the movie without any distortion while maintaining the original aspect ratio.
5. Flash alignment
   Defines the movie is aligned to the window.
   Show Warning Messages
   If selected, displays an error message in case of problems with HTML.

Once you have configured everything right will only have to click on "Publish".
